PBS Assistant Professor Hongbo Yu and his collaborator, Ya Zuo (Associate Professor of History at UCSB) received a grant from the Interdisciplinary Humanities Center to launch a Research Focus Group named “Emotions in History.” Stay tuned: In the coming year, they will host a number of events supported by this award, which will include bringing in psychologists and historians to speak about their approaches to investigating emotions.
