2024 Transfer Orientation
Welcome and congratulations on your acceptance to UCSB! We’re the Undergraduate Advisors in the Psych and Brain Sciences Department. We are located at Psych East 1814.
This year, our department will be hosting transfer orientation sessions in order to answer your questions about the transition to UCSB. The four modules below will supply you with all the information you will need to know in your preparation for transfer. Due to the incredibly large transfer student cohorts we admit every year, we DO NOT have the ability to offer one-on-one orientations, so please try to attend.
All incoming transfers are required to submit Incoming Transfer Google Form by the deadline of Friday, July 26th, 2024. Please also note that incoming transfers who are planning on NOT attending would still be required to submit that form by our form deadline on Friday, July 26th and look out for emails from PBS advising!
Before attending orientation, we recommend that you watch the modules below and come prepared with questions. We will NOT be spending time going over the entire process described in the modules.
