Lu Zang received her B.A. in English Literature at Fudan University in Shanghai, China in 2021. In addition, when she was a senior undergrad, she worked as an intern editor at Oxford University Press in Shanghai. She joined the UCSB Cultural Psychology Lab in 2021.
Her previous research focused on cross-cultural child development and social decision making, through which she investigated children’s evaluations of indirect prosocial actions, and situational differences in people’s prosocial decisions. In the long run, her research will probably focus on how cultural fit matters for our overall performance and life satisfaction.
