Biography

Kevin Honeywell received his B.A. in Psychology from Auburn University and his M.S. in General Psychology from the University of Memphis where he studied the effects of cannabinergic drugs on dopamine neurotransmission.  He started his Ph.D. work at the University of California, Santa Barbara under Dr. Tod Kippin.

Research

My research focuses on investigating the dynamics of small molecules including neurotransmitters utilizing a novel electrochemical platform.  The goal of this research is to measure these small molecules in vivo and in real time to address questions related to neurotransmission and drug addiction.
