Reimer Heads Up Double-Standards In Collective Actions Research Program

Protests and marches serve as volatile flashpoints. Assistant Professor Nils Reimer has received a three year grant from the National Science Foundation to explore how our ideologies and alliances affect how we parse and evaluate such public events. As Reimer puts it, “the distinction between a broadly acceptable protest and an unacceptable protest is in the eye of the beholder”.
